Is our school approved by MTO?

It is imperative for all students to be aware if we are enrolled in an institution that has been accredited. Our institution has been approved by the Ministry of Education, thereby signifying adherence to essential standards and offering a high-quality educational experience with all necessary resources.

Is it possible for me to receive in-car driving lessons prior to obtaining my G1 license?

The short answer is No. You need a G1 license to start learning how to drive.

Is it possible for me to enroll in a driving course without my G1 license?

It is highly recommended that an individual completes a BDE driving course prior to taking their G1 test. The Ministry of Transportation has designated courses that encompass nearly all the matters pertaining to the G1 examination.

Are your driver instructors accredited with the necessary credentials?

It is important to ensure that the right person is providing instruction. Our instructors are accredited and have the proper training, skills and knowledge to teach you to drive safely and effectively.

Is it possible for me to select a female provider as opposed to a male provider?

In recent years, there has been an increase in female drivers turning to female instructors for lessons as they feel more comfortable and at ease with someone of the same sex. Female instructors demonstrate an understanding of how women think, feel and learn which can help provide a sense of safety, trust and confidence during lessons. Therefore, it is possible for you to select a female provider as opposed to a male provider you prefer during your driving instruction course.

When can I get my MTO certification?

Upon successful completion of a BDE driving course that is approved by the Ministry of Transportation, plus in-car lessons you will be issued an endorsement from the MTO. A Driver’s License History document is available to obtain from any Ontario Service Centre. This can be presented to an insurance company as evidence of completed driver education courses.

What are the advantages to utilizing a vehicle from a driving institution for my road examination?

One of the best ways to ensure success is by utilizing a vehicle from a driving institution for your examination.  By acquiring a vehicle from an accredited institution, you are able to familiarize yourself with the ins and outs of that particular model before taking your exam. This enables you to gain confidence in your skills while also reducing any stress associated with having to use an unfamiliar car on test day. Furthermore, these institutions typically provide reliable vehicles that have been thoroughly checked for safety requirements; meaning there will be no mechanical malfunctions or unexpected surprises during your exam!

Refund and Return Policy

Refund policy

To be eligible for a refund, our criteria is that the service must not have been utilized. In cases where this clause has been disregarded, we shall not provide reimbursement of any kind. This protocol is effective for a total of seven calendar days beginning on the day the transaction takes place. If for any cause, you are unsatisfied with the service provided, it can be returned to receive reimbursement. Refunds and exchanges will no longer be available after a period of seven days have elapsed. If you have additional inquiries or need to make a request for a refund, please reach out immediately.

Refunds

Upon authorization of your request, the refund will be processed, and a reimbursement will be made to the original payment method being used within 14 days. If a refund is overdue or has not been received yet, please thoroughly check the associated bank account. Reach out to your credit card company as soon as possible as it could take some time before your refund is registered. Subsequently, reach out to your bank. Usually, there is a span of time required prior to the refund appearing in your account.
